Managing Director

Managing Director at RM Global (Israel Office), Assaf holds more than 13 years of financial consulting, investment banking, and project management experience. Assaf focuses mainly on the corporate finance aspects of RM Global’s Life Science practice.

Prior to joining RMG, Mr. Keret worked at Swary Financial Consulting Ltd., a prominent boutique Israeli financial advisory firm, leading valuation projects for some of Israel’s largest holding companies and financial services groups, banks, communication, industrial, retail and real estate companies. Prior to joining Swary, he worked as a financial consultant in the Deloitte Transactional Services team in Tel Aviv, performing financial and accounting due diligence assignments.

Mr. Keret is a Certified Public Accountant. He is tutoring Finance in the Global MBA Program at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya, and holds an LLM in Law, and a BA (Cum Laude) in Law and Accounting from the IDC.
