Managing Director at RM Global (US Office), Ted holds over 15 years of global banking, strategic investment, business development, and law experience in life science and consumer technology sectors.
Ted has significant cross border experience, especially in managing projects and facilitating investments in U.S., Israel and Korean companies. He has advised emerging technology venture companies as well as large size corporations on their financial and strategic transactions including capital raising, strategic partnerships, and exit strategies including IPOs. Ted’s clients include large capitalization Korean corporate groups such as Samsung, AmorePacific Group on their mergers and acquisition matters and strategic investments.
Ted is a board member of The Rogosin Institute based in New York, NY. Rogosin is an independent, not-for-profit institution for research, treatment, and education in kidney disease (including dialysis and transplantation) and cardiovascular disease secondary to cholesterol and other lipid disorders. Rogosin is affiliated with NY-Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical College. He is also an advisory member of Korean Healthcare Industry Development Institute, a Korean government’s agency to support continued growth of the country’s life science and healthcare companies.
Before joining Roberts Mitani, he served as general counsel to VAI, a Berwyn, PA based investment banking and advisory firm.
Ted received both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an MBA from Kyung Hee University (Seoul). He also earned an MBA from George Washington University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
